Data Notifications

This service allows clients to Manage their Data Notifications

Please note that you can only send notifications to existing contacts. You will need to add any new contacts in MyUltraserve before being able to send notifications
  • Login to MyUltraserve
  • Click on "My Services" to expand out the selection
  • Click on "Traffic Reports" to expand out the selection
  • Click on "Data Notifications"


  • Here you can select the type of notification (email or SMS) and also at what usage level you would like the notifications to be sent
Automatically customers will be notified at 90 - 100% usage unless modified
